TOS

Basic Rules/Expectations:- Please be respectful to me. If you come off as rude, I have the right to not accept a commission from you, and if it appears later, I can cancel the commission.
- Provide neat, unshaded, references of your characters.
- If you fail to follow the other rules, I have the right to refuse and potentially cancel a commission.
- My art is to NOT be used in NFTS or any source of cryptocurrency. If my art and/or characters are used in such, the person will lose all rights to the art and/or character(s).
- I do payment plans on bigger commissions higher than 100$ USD! Don't be afraid to ask!

I, as the artist have the right...
- To post my art on various social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post the finished commission if asked.
- To turn down a commission for ANY reason I see fit.

You, as the client...
- May NOT repost or print your commission for ANY monetary value or otherwise profit.
- MAY print your commission for personal use.
- Can edit, resize, crop, etc the art I give you once complete, though I still request I be credited for the art as a whole.

Further notes found below

Animations:- Please have patience with this. I burnout on animations quickly, so there is a chance to be a small gap in updates if I need extra time to finish.
- I will send an update of each process (Sketch, lineart, coloring, shading (if you pay for shading)) to make sure I did something right. Will send constant updates with video or screenshot as proof.
- I will wait on final payment for up to 1 month. After that I will assume I am not being paid and will therefore cancel the commission.
I will do payment plans for these! Depending on how big the payment is, we can go off of what you make extra for.

Payment:- The only currency accepted is USD. I will refuse anything else.
- Payment will be upfront in full before the drawing starts unless specified otherwise. This is here to insure I get paid and not scammed for my art.
- I use Paypal Invoices ONLY. Tips are received as extra in the payment option, or through my Kofi.
- Extra characters cost extra. Every character you add will cost 50% more of the original price.
(Example: OG Price: $16USD. One character added: $24USD. Two characters added: $32USD)
- I will only go up to a sketch before I require payment. This is to avoid being scammed.

Still Image Process:- WIPS will be provided as a sketch, and lineart (Including animations). I will provide WIPS of color and shading if asked. I will send questions or extra screenshots if I get confused or curious.
- Turnaround time for art is 2 weeks.
- Turnaround time for animations is four months.
- If anything happens such as-Health, work, school, family/friends, etc-I will notify you asap if it will affect the commission itself.

Customer Satisfaction:- I try my best to make the commissioner happy. If a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed.
Such as small coloring or marking mistakes
- Any bigger changes will come with extra charge.
Such as outfits, backgrounds, shading, or anything that makes me redraw something completely.
- Be sure to be clear on what you want in a commission.
Such as emotion, pose, setting, etc.
- I go by references. If a reference was not clear to begin with, I will not do changes without a small fee. If you don't have a reference sheet at all (And you aren't commissioning one directly), I may not take the commission at all as I need to colorpick for direct colors.

Refunds:- If I don't meet the turnaround time, but i'm more than halfway through the commission, I'll only give back 50% of the payment.
I will only do full refunds if I have not started your commission, or if I am only at the sketching stage.
- I do refunds depending on how far I am complete with the commission. If I'm halfway done, I will only refund 50%. More than 75% complete will result in no refund.
